I recorder’ ed a video on my camera of me and my friends and i would like to know how to make the video permanently fast forward so it looks like a cool effect, i used a camera though not a video camera, can i still do this effect using a digital camera?and how?

So I just got a new Acer laptop with Windows Vista installed. I was using the windows wireless connection thing (connect to a network or whatever) and somehow, don’t ask me how, I managed to connect to the network and then screw with the settings. It then wouldn’t let me connect. So I found the original one, now named ‘name 2′ but it won’t connect either. Somehow I cloned the connection? Is there any way to fix this? Thanks!
